These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services, facilities, software, and equipment provided by MatrixLounge. By accessing the Club, participating in gaming sessions, tournaments, or using any Club equipment, members and guests agree to comply with these Terms. Continued use of the Club’s services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Access to the Club may require registration, membership, or payment for hourly use. Users must provide accurate personal information and may not impersonate others. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of misconduct or violation of these Terms. Certain areas or equipment may be restricted to authorized members only.
Users must meet the minimum age requirements for participation. Minors must have parental or guardian consent and may be required to be accompanied by an adult. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring minors adhere to all Club rules.
All computers, peripherals, and gaming equipment must be handled responsibly. Users may not damage, modify, or remove any equipment. Food and drinks are only permitted in designated areas. Any damage caused by negligence may result in financial liability. Users must report technical issues immediately to staff.
The Club provides licensed software and games for entertainment purposes. Users may not install unauthorized software, access illegal content, or bypass Club security systems. All updates and configurations are managed solely by Club staff.
Internet access is provided for gaming, communication, and browsing within legal limits. Users must not engage in illegal downloads, hacking, harassment, or disruptive behavior. Respectful conduct towards other members is mandatory. Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.
The Club may organize tournaments, competitions, or special gaming events. Participation requires adherence to event-specific rules. Cheating, exploiting software, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification. Prizes are awarded according to pre-announced guidelines and are non-transferable.
Users are responsible for personal items, including phones, bags, and accessories. The Club is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Lockers or storage facilities, when available, should be used appropriately.
Users must follow all safety guidelines within the Club. Prolonged use of computers or gaming equipment may cause eye strain, fatigue, or other health concerns. Breaks are recommended. The Club is a smoke-free and drug-free environment. Alcohol or prohibited substances are not allowed on the premises.
All services, including membership, hourly usage, and event participation, are subject to fees according to the Club’s current pricing. Payments must be completed in advance or at the time of service. Refunds are issued only in accordance with applicable laws or Club policy.
Violations may lead to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Club.
The Club provides services and equipment on an “as is” basis. Users participate at their own risk. The Club is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of equipment, software, or facilities, except where required by law.
The Club may collect personal information for membership registration, bookings, or event participation. Such data is used solely for operational purposes and will not be shared without legal justification.
The Club may suspend or permanently terminate access for users who violate these Terms, damage property, engage in illegal activity, or fail to pay fees. Termination may occur without prior notice and without refund.
The Club reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Club after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Club operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
